This place use to be awesome but it's going down hill fast... All they care about is your pocket book. They always have some kind of new charges added to the bill. The ladies at the front desk are extremely rude. The staff in the back are a lot better. I had to remind them my dog was not due for a vaccine 3 times and here they come in the exam room trying to administer the injections. No communication at all and don't let them get away with making you pay unnecessary charges. Watch your Bill and charges and always ask for a receipt.

My boxer had a lot of health problems and I really needed a vet that could truly help him rather than mask things. We found Dr. Lust at Summitview Cowiche and he truly took care of my boy. He knew just what my boy needed. When it came time to say goodbye Dr. Lust and his team were so compassionate and caring. They even sent a card after his passing. I knew I would take all my pets here after that. I also have a small 13 year old dog and I called Summitview Cowiche Vet because she was hurting and shaking. They got her in quickly and took great care of her. She had to have all her teeth pulled out and they made sure she was loved when I couldn't be there to love her. When I picked her up she was good as new! Summitview Cowiche clinic is the most amazing compassionate vets I have ever taken my pets to. Their work is truly about the pets (and the humans too) rather than just money. I will forever recommend Dr. Lust and his amazing team.

Jennifer was rude, hurtful, and unhelpful. I didn't mind waiting to become a client because of how highly recommended this place was. But I was spoken to like I was less than, and when I was trying to ask about other locations, she was curt and kept attempting to get me off the phone. I'm trying to save the life of my 15 year old cat. I'll vehemently speak against this vet clinic considering how they treat the people who call. Shame on you. Shame on this clinic for treating pet owners like they are an annoyance. If you love your animal. Take them somewhere you'll both be respected. Summitview Cowiche Veterinary Clinic doesn't care about you or your pet.

I spoke to Jennifer over the phone. She was rude, dismissive, then hung up on me when I was trying to find a place accepting new clients. This vet was recommended to me. This place doesn't care about animals. Thanks, Jennifer.
